Upgrading Drupal

Hello all!

I am sorry to write a new post here, as I have already found that others have had some similar problems with upgrading from a Drupal 6 page that uses image assist tags for showing images. However, I have not been able to solve the problem, I so would be very thankful if anyone could please explain how I should make this work.

The upside: I have managed to migrate everything important, so apart from none of the pictures shown with image assist on the old site, everything else works great.

I have just update all my drupal sites with drush.
For the first time I use "root" access to do a "drush up drupal"
But I have 500 error because the file updated has wrong ownership.
All the files are in root owner...
How can I change this now ?

I have done the migration from D6 to D8 yesterday. I used the core Migration module. Everything went well, but I have issue to view Treasures and Main Content. They are visible and editable in edit mode but no visible in view mode. I have checked all (Manage form display) and (Manage display) and the BODY filed seems fine, not hidden. Any advise please?

When I tried upgrading Drupal core from 7.54 to 7.56, I ran into major problems so I had to about the upgrade and revert to the backup. The site became completely broken after I ran update.php. I have to do updates manually since we are running Drupal on IIS. The home page was flooded with raw php code such as:

Trying to update drupal through drush, I get the following error:

How can it be solved?

Any ideas? I've even reverted to the previous version and it's still cut off.Weird. I've cleared caches, checked file permissions, nothing.
