Upgrading Drupal

does anyone know how to fix the following D8 update - composer utility requirement - problem?

php -c ~/php.ini composer.phar update drupal/core
Loading composer repositories with package information
Updating dependencies (including require-dev)
Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

I followed all of the steps to run the Drupal Upgrade, from 6 to 8. It has been stuck for 53% for a few hours now and I am not sure what to do. If I close out, will I mess up anything? And does anyone know how I can fix this and successfully update Drupal? Thanks.

Here is what it currently is displaying above the 53% loading bar.

I have tried multiple times to upgrade from d7 to d8 and it consistently bombs out after "Upgraded URL aliases"

The error message I get:

An AJAX HTTP error occurred.
HTTP Result Code: 200
Debugging information follows.
Path: /batch?id=23&op=do_nojs&op=do
StatusText: OK

Any ideas?

Hi, I'm a bit of a noobie and I can't find any guides that have been able to successfully migrate my Drupal 6 website to Drupal 8. Are there no step-by-step tutorials or even videos that walk you through this? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Since update Dupal 8.3.1 to 8.3.2, I have an error : "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later." on the page www.example.net/update.php

And on the rest of the website, I have a redirection on www.example.net/core/install.php

I had the same issued when I was installed Drupal 8.3.0.

Someone can help me ?

I was working on 8.2.6. I have many views - both, with and without contextual filters.
I upgrade Drupal 8.2.6 to 8.2.7 and everything was working great.
When I upgrade to 8.3.1, I could not find my contextual filters under Block Reference Plugin in my content type.
If I remove the contextual filters, it is getting displayed.
If anybody can help me with this!
