Upgrading Drupal

Hello

I recently updated the Apache version to 2.4.26 and OpenSSL 1.1.0f.

Drupal Version : 7.56
PHP : 5.6.31

Since then, I am unable to make connection to download the pending updates from Drupal and Google ReCaptcha does not work anymore.

Does anyone have any idea of what might be happening?

I have search and searched and cannot seem to find any solution.

Hi!

I have had two Drupal sites running for a year or two without any incidents. However, a month or two ago, my server admin moved both sites to a new server (without telling me). I understand that one should actually make several changes before such a move, but these were not done unfortunately. Now I only have the new server to work with (sigh...).

I'm a beginner in Drupal.
I upgraded our website from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7 which seems working fine.
All links work fine except : Under Administer menu, those links are not working:
"site building"
"site configuration"
"user management"

The other remaining 2 links:
Content Management and Reports are working fine under the Administer menu.

Any suggestions how to dig into this ?

I already have a Drupal website and I wanted to create a new one, so I installed Drupal latest version 8.3.5 (with installatron) and now I wanted to install a theme but heck, where is the button to install it? I tried re-installing Drupal but the button is still gone... What went wrong? Or is this normal? Where can I install a theme? And please don't say I have to do it with drush or composer because I am not a computer wizard.

Is there any way for updating drupal 7 custom modules to drupal 8 ?? converting the process of tpl.php files to twig files.
How many possible ways do i have , to make that process more simple. whether migration or update is possible ?

My dependencies are all managed via composer. I am currently running 8.3.4 and would like to update to 8.3.5.
