After upgrading a Drupal6 site to Drupal 8.5.3, while a taxonomy that existed for blog articles ("My Tags") is displayed correctly in the upgraded site, and listing the terms of the "My Tags" Vocabulary shows all the correct terms from D6, and clicking on each of the terms shows the articles which were tagged with that term (for example taxonomy term "Politics" 20, http://site.com/taxonomy/term/20), attempting to edit an article then fails to save with the error "This entity (taxonomy_term: 20) cannot be referenced." Slightly weird issue on a few drupal 7 sites at the moment - when they upgrade to the latest version they run fine for 24 hours then without any warning revert to a 403 error page. Each time I have to restore a backup of the web server then they work fine again.
I'm working with Drupal version 8.3.2 and I applied manually the patch for the SA-CORE-2018-004 as is described in the Drupal Official documentation. Unfortunatelly after having restart my site, into the Drupal Admin console is yet reported it as a Security update must to do.
I double checked the 2 files updated (core/lib/Drupal/Core/Security/RequestSanitizer.php and core/modules/file/src/Element/ManagedFile.php) and their content are the expected ones.
I also cleaned the cache from the Drupal Admin console, but nothing changes
