Upgrade Drupal in local (Wamp)

Hi,

I have a Drupal in 7.23.

I put it in Wamp in order to make upgrade beacause I have a critical problem with security.

How can I do this? Is it possible to upgrade in a local environement (drupal core and modules)?

Thanks a lot for your help !

Core Content Moderation display form no longer rendering after upgrading site from 8.3.7 to 8.5.2

I'm having an issue with the core Worflows and Content Moderation modules after upgrading my site from 8.3.7 to 8.5.2.

The moderation form is not being rendered at all when viewing any of my entities. The moderation state fields appear fine in the form view, and new records are successfully added on save. I've tried reinstalling the modules, but have no luck.

I have applied my workflow to the correct content types, and am logged in as a system administrator, so have all the correct permissions.

Publish Time of Critical Security Releases

Hi

I was wondering why security releases are published between 16:00 and 18:00 UTC (=18-20:00 Central Europe Time). What is the regional distribution of Drupal? The last highly critical update was released finally at 21:30 Central European time, this is 22:30 in Eastern Europe and 12:30 in California. Why not 16:00 central Europe time, which is 07:00 Californian time, 19:30 Indian Time and 22:00 Singapure Time? Or do I overlook a region with dense drupal distributions?

Unable to upgrade from 8.4 to 8.5.2 on Cloudways server

Hi everyone-this is my first time posting on these forums.

I am trying to upgrade a Drupal 8 site from 8.4 to 8.5.2, and as you might imagine I would like to do it as soon as I can!

I have tried this again and again with no success.

Repair site without Drush

Hi to all, Is there a way to carry out any repair features without Drush?

I updated a few modules on our site today.. Drupal has died! Looking through the logs, it appears there are missing database fields.
