Drupal 8.x

Dear Community,

I am currently building a website and I am exploring for a theme to satisfy my requirements.

A theme with multiple regions and a 3 column layout should do nicely. However, I am rusty on my CSS (for now) and I am looking 

for easy customization of the appearance of the website. For example,  Bartik has such a nice Color Scheme customization straight out of the settings page.

Can you recommend such a theme, free (preferably) or paid, that allows such easy customization and versatility?

I set up a site using a sub-domain. Then after it was finished i pointed the normal URL to the new drupal site and got a white page.
I then cleared the cache and it works well if not logged in.

Now I tried to log in as Admin and as soon as I log in I get the white page again (depends on the template with some I get a white page wwith a skip to content Link).

If I use the old subdoain (drupal.domain.com) all works perfectly. But as soon as I get rid of the "drupal." and only call the domain it wont work even they point to the same drupal directory.

Is there a D8 version of this module? If not, how can I implement an image gallery under D8?

I think I'm onto something that could be hot for photographing drupalists. :-)

For some years I have been using Koken to publish galleries directly from Lightroom (LR). This is easy and fast. But because my website is based on Drupal, I have two island systems:  Website and galleries. I think this is suboptimal.

I would like to be able to export images directly from LR to Drupal and maintain my own image database.

Achieved so far:

We are building an application in drupal 8.5.3(DB : MariaDB). Sometime we get sql dead lock issues in application under two circumstances.

1. Running drush cr command and accessing application through browser concurrently.
2. Clearing drupal cache from admin UI.

Below is the details of error message appeared in browser.

I’m trying to map out my first decoupled site and I’m hoping for tips on handling forms. 

Am I correct in thinking along the following lines…

• Drupal side creates the fields for the form

• Views (or some other means) would create a json file of field/form specifics

• Front end would read this json and display the form. 

• Submission from the front end site would use some api call to push the submission data back into the Drupal site.
