The Digital Asset Management system provides markedly useful visual materials manually curated by a team at the Marketing department. This way employees seeking any kind of stock imagery, motion pictures, brand guidelines to spice up their documents can now easily browse the internal catalog of such multimedia files.
I need to build a multisite for an institution. The institution has multiple branches across geographical locations. The main site will show information on the institution. Branches will use child sites (multisites).
Each branch will have 10-15 fixed pages (list below). Some of the will have fixed fields and others will list content type.
I'm working on getting a private folder set up on Drupal 8.6.4. It's labeled "private_files" and resides out of the site root, and I've updated settings.php to its path. File System shows the correct directory for the private directory, though its name is listed in single quotes if that matters.
The trouble is that Drupal is returning an error about this:
I have a few pages one with a full screen image and the other with a full screen video. I have the main menu and site name overlaid on the image. My questions is how can I make the font color change base on the background color. I.E so that when the image is dark the text will be light and vica versa.
I already have a Drupal 7 site up and running but want to change hosts. As I am making that break I thought I would migrate to Drupal 8. I can't afford dedicated or virtual servers so it is a shared server for me. Important features are:
-Ability to self-install Drupal (not relying on softaculous)
-Quick server based in UK
-Able to host multiple sites with one drupal core
-Good support
-Well updated servers with features installed for Drupal 8 and good cooperation from support if I need changes made to server for certain modules etc.
Hi, after having installed WinIIS (on Win10), PHP 7.3, SQL Server 2014 and Drupal 8.6.4 (+ sqlserv 8.x-1.0-rc4 and wincache 8.x-1.11), I started to setup Drupal 8 but it wasn't able to connnect to SQL Server (db type, host name, db name, userid, password are all probably correct, I have tested them before by SQL Server).
Anyone is capable to help me? I don't really know how can I do, but I vave to solve it.
