Drupal 8.x

I have a content type 'person' and a content type 'company'. I created an entity reference field to the company content on the person node, and vice versa. I can create a person and either select an existing company or create a new one. So far so good. But it doesn't link back. So when I check the company page that I created while making a person, it doesn't show the person that should be linked to it.

How can I make it link both ways?

At this moment I am working on a hobby project to learn and understand other CMS systems than Wordpress and Joomla. Currently, I am trying to make it multi-lingual. I first created all my pages in English and later added countries (e.g. Great Brittain & the UAE) with a fallback from English.

second problem from a site passed from d7 to d8
all right, perfect import, however
on the d7 site I populated some forums through rss with feeds, but the transfer from d7 to d8 takes them away from the forum tables, because they were not actually forum topics but other types of content that I had posted to the forum entries, okay irrelevant,
but I found them as other types of content on the d8 site

I'm passing all the sites from d7 to d8 and so far so good
but one of my sites gives me a couple of problems
1-I was populating the rss site in d7 with feeds and grabber feeds for images, now grabber feeds for d8 is not there, how do I get rss images?
I read that maybe you can do it with https://www.drupal.org/project/feeds_ex
does anyone give me some advice?
2-I open another request

I mean any new additional entity in Drupal 8 let me know the list of the entity.

I am using windows 10 with Composer 1.8.0 and Xampp. I am trying to install the Composer template for Drupal projects - https://github.com/drupal-composer/drupal-project

I am able to create the project using the command composer create-project drupal-composer/drupal-project:8.x-dev drupal_composer_project --stability dev --no-interaction in my terminal. I am running the command whilst in C:\xampp\htdocs
