Drupal 8.x

I am not able to use Paragraph field as entity refrence
Can any one guide me for such requirements?
i.e I have one paragraph named "Certificate" for users
Now I want to have refrence of user certificate in another entity
How to achive this?

I am a single developer (and not full-time) and have been using Drupal since 6.x. With Drupal 7, I have learned to use git.

Creating a new Drupal 8 site, I have been using composer but have hit a wall when trying to figure out how to set up a simple workflow to move things to production and what my workflow should be after that. This is a brochure-type site where no content needs to be updated on the production site.

We're trying to improve performance on our site and have discovered on the node/add form that the list of views blocks are being loaded and cached. The queries to the database in loading and caching those blocks are causing unneeded lag in loading that page. Currently, we have 38 blocks that are loaded and cached on that page. Is there a way to turn that functionality off?
