Drupal 8.x

I need to override some CSS definitions from my theme (bootstrap)`in a module.  I do not want to make the CSS in the module load after the theme CSS, not use !important.

This works and will make this CSS load last if I put it in the THEME library file, but not in the MODULE library since it looks like it will always load after the THEME css no matter what weight you set, the weight seems to be within the THEME or MODULE, not on a global scope:

I have a requirement to have lots of fields almost 20 in a User entity. How do we get all the fields in single table so that all the fields are in a single table instead of default - field per table? I want to avoid lot of tabe joins.

Proof of Concept Required: Please use as many ready made Drupal modules as available (eg Drupal Quiz) and advise what current functionality Drupal provides and what requires custom coding. Feel free to recommend alternate options.

    * Base Drupal Theme, no theming required.

In Drupal 8, I'm looking around to see what options, but not finding anything out there that goes into what I want to do.

I want a block containing a simplified world map, with pins of 5 - 10 locations. To the right of the map would be a default office address and phone info. If the user clicks one of the locations on the map, the info to the right changes to what pertains to that clicked location. 

I'm hoping maybe there's something out there, before I have to look into some sort of custom javascript. 

Thought I'd see if somebody here has an answer.
