Paths issue after migration [SOLVED]

Hello.

I created a backup of files and DB of a D8 installation (in fact 6 different installations). It was in development local machine (Ubuntu) and moved to a new local machine or localhost (Windows). Both Apache, PHP and mySQL in the Windows system are latest versions. I'm able to browse the frontpage of each of the 6 restored backups but when I click any link on them it shows the "Not Found. The requested URL was not found on this server." error message, Links are correct clean URLs.

What I've done until now:

Relaunch of "Bodensee Schiffsbetriebe" Personalization and performance for different users.

Bodensee Schiffsbetriebe (BSB) runs a fleet of 13 passenger ships and ferries on Germany's largest lake and is a unique provider of local public transportation. Founded in 1824, BSB ships operate in many ports in all parts of Lake Constance. BSB is a 100% daugther company of Stadtwerke Konstanz which is owned by the city of Constance.
For the relaunch of its website, BSB was looking for a professional partner who was able to provide the technical expertise for the implementation of a modern, mobile-optimised website and who also had a great experience in online marketing.

Árni Magnússon Institue for Icelandic studies. Outstanding search features using DMII.

The Árni Magnússon Institute for Icelandic Studies is an Icelandic university organization with a specific focus on linguistics, preserving Icelandic language and literature. The goal with their relaunch was to have a platform for the large amount of available researches and publications about Icelandic language and to present both the legacy of old Icelandic and the modern language as well.

Tags -> Views

I already use views with a short (5 term) vocabulary I have created regarding content of posts. Now, I want to make a view for each tag used in posts (drupal 8). I can't possibly do it manually, one by one, creating a view and adding the criterion "Content: this term" in filter criteria. Not only because there are too many tags, but also because I want to let post authors add a tag freely. I believe there is a way around -but have not found the relevant documentation. Any hint?
