Drupal 8.x

My website has a taxonomy term page Country. Each country is also associated with a page under "/countries/France" for example. I have deleted a block recently from Block layout, when I added it back, it shows on all pages but the countries pages. 

To troubleshoot this, I started adding random blocks in block layout, and they all show fine in every page but taxonomy pages.

I have been googling answers for 2 days. 

I am using group module and indexing the "group content" entity. Elastic search is indexing only the newly created content but not the updated content. Can anyone please help me with this issue?

Modules used:

1) Group, Group Node 

2) Elastic Search Connector (8.x-5.0-alpha3)

3) Search Api

Search results are displayed under {group_name}/search and rendered using view.

I have a production website built by Drupal 8 running on AWS/Ubuntu/PHP7.2/Apache2/MySQL5.7 and I duplicated the whole site to my local VM uses the same spec for develope uses. The local website is up and running but the strange thing is all links include admin's links will open into a new tab but the original site doesn't.

I assume it is .htaccess rewrite settings issue but I tried many different settings no luck, I am using the .htaccess file from the fresh download of Drupal now. The dev. site still working but all links still go to the new tab.
