what is the reason why loading all module.admin.inc of enabled modules ?
For instance :

How is the styling done on this page? Note the parallax action and fixed table header with tabs. Is this a theme, a module or custom coding? I have seen an almost identical display on another site minus the tabs so I doubt it's fully custom.

I have looked through the page code and tried Firebug element inspection but I still can't figure it out. If you know how to achieve these effects, I would be very grateful for some feedback please.

I am maintaining Geolocation Field and I want to implement a views proximity plugin for the Drupal 8 version of the module. There is a Geolocation Proximity module for the Drupal 7 version of Geolocation Field, but I want to rewrite the Drupal 8 implementation from scratch.

Hi. I just installed Drupal localy on machine using XAMPP. When the install is finished I have no admin-bar so I cant do anything with the padge. I hva tried to google this but cannot fint any answers.
