I have use UPGRADE.txt as guidance to update my Local site, from drupal 8 beta 8.14 to 8.15. But problems com when I update the database, there are still 3 from 10 pending update is never run to end.
3 PENDING UPDATES
system module:
8004 - Add a (id, default_langcode, langcode) composite index to entities.
8005 - Place local actions and tasks blocks in every theme.
node module:
8003 - Promote 'status' and 'uid' fields to entity keys.
Is that anything I can do to fixed this problem and finish the update?

After enabling private files on drupal 8, I'm getting this message.
It's most bizarre, as for starters the "private" directory isn't even accessible by the web server.
So I'm not quite sure how this is possible.
I copied the .htaccess file from the tmp version that drupal created.
I've tried every variation of permissions on the directory as well.
Do private files work in drupal 8 anymore?
I've searched for bugs/issues and couldn't find any.
Seems as mad as a box of frogs.
I tried my first D6 to D8 migration and my taxonomy did get transferred
and node do not have their taxonomies.
Is there a way to recreate the taxonomies from D6 into D8?
