If I want to build a directory of stuff, and if that stuff are categorized to two-level categories BUT about 600 of them. When I want to have a page for every single category displaying a list of these stuff do I have to manually create that many views?

i am ui developer and starting with drupal recently. i have themes and i want to convert them to drupal 8
after search about drupal 8 theming tutorials i found good videos
i learned how to make .info.yml file, including libraries and more
but when coming to but my code and make it functionally i had a loot of problems and i do not understand how pages are work
if any body can help me with good resources to learn that i will be so grateful

I am coming from a Joomla background where functionalities come with all-in-one modules and components. As I can understand while doing my review on how Drupal works there are many many modules that you combine into one functionality you want to achieve.
