I am a systems administrator for a medium sized company of little importance. My employer has charged me with creating an internal website to "store" our various training videos as content that will be accessible via streaming over the wan. I am currently gathering our companys instructional videos from everywhere and since there was no previous order to this between our offices.. some videos are on video tape (which I will have to convert) but many are mpg, wmv, mov, or even flv files. I have seen many plugins that allow videos youtube and the likes to be embedded on a Drupal and/or Joomla site but for productivity reasons these sites are inaccessible from our internal network.
I am currently in the process of setting up a website, and my specs are:
A "domain.com" website which will present a map with the 2 choices : France and Canada website.
A "domain.fr" which will show the French website.
A "domain.ca" which will show the Canadian website. (BUT WITH AN OPTION FOR ENGLISH TRANSLATION)
One Drupal installation - of course.

I have some great flash tools allready, can it be implented?
fight5.com/home/

Is it easy to create custom buttons? Or are there any good out for free?
I am looking at using Drupal for a consulting business. I've installed Drupal on a test server and have already confirmed quite a few of the features I want are available in Drupal. However, alot of the features aren't and I such I need advise about whether the features I want are available through modules.
I'd appreciate feedback from the community regarding modules for the following features:
I want to create a site in which a page posted should go through a workflow i.e from author -> reviewer -> tester -> publisher. This workflow is created and works fine but what we want is roles ( author, reviewer, tester and publisher) for every perticular group of pages should be different and they should not have cross access to other group of pages. i.e technology related pages should have diifferent roles assigned and process related pages should have diffrent roles. How can we achieve it.
