I want to make a drupal website with a paid subscription re-occuring for users to post there website in my drupal website directory.
I want to limit there advertisement to 1 post per subscription, and limit the amount of links and words they can use per subscription.
I want them to be able to upload a small avatar and mini profile for there site in a web directory.
ie 100$/month reoccuring dollars for 100 words 1 link
300$month reoccuring dollars for 250 words 2 link
500$month reoccuring dollars for 500 words 3 link
I went through several hours of training on the lynda.com Essential Training for Drupal and plan to read a lot of the training here, but just so I can jump in and really get going I have a few questions that weren't quite clarified. I've also begun sorting through the endless amounts of modules to figure this out.
Hi everyone.
I'm a new admin stuck with having to design a website for a group of alumni from my med school. It is for their silver jubilee and it is expected to have contact details for everyone, minimal social network like abilities and image and video hosting. I've seen people learning a lot from here. I want to know, how will drupal work for me and which modules i would need.
Thanks in advance.
I'm not used to Drupal, but I'm being asked to build a new project in Drupal. I'm used to using MVC frameworks, including a custom one that I've built and used on a number of projects. I generally use templating technologies like XSLT so I'm very much accustomed to not having any PHP code embedded in the "view"/template, which Drupal seems to encourage.
With that said, I am curious as to how I can create a custom web application using Drupal, and am wondering if using modules is the correct way to architect that.
Now currently my main issue is setting up an affiliate store through BigFishGames. I need to be able to create a nice looking store with all the information and everything under a store page on my site. I was hoping I could get some help here with that.
I have never used drupal before, I'm going to build a classified ads website and I'd like the opinion of you guys who already know drupal to understand if it's a good choice for my needs.
What I'd like to have on this classified ads site is:
- Multiple categories and subcategories
- Users should be able to create an account and post ads
- Users should have a page with all their own ads ( view all ads by this seller )
