Before you start

I am making a Real estate website where people can come in and post their real estate listings. I have looked through different modules Lists and few others but they are all for drupal 6, I was wondering if there are any modules like these for drupal 7.

Several years ago I tried Drupal, but didn't make any site that I liked... and.. well.. went to joomla..

I never need to make any site with specific needs, but now I have o new objetive.

3 years ago was born AveiroFotoClube, a photographers community from a district of Aveiro (Portugal).
With good and not so good times (one of 2 founders passed away), this community has changed in last months, with new people and new ideias, so aveirofotoclube.com has now a new dymamic and new objectives.

So, among others, one objective is create a data base of photographer of Aveiro district. I know that some sites already do that, but here we want make a good database with all amateurs e professional photographer of this area that have an online gallery (or not)... and, in future, add too models and local stores..

I really don't know how I gone do that in drupal... :(

But.... probably i need a formulary to insert some fields like:
- Name
- Nickname
- County (list of default values)
- City (list of default values)
- Parish (list of default values)
- Type of photography
- website
- etc..

And we must have a parametric search to choose County, then City, then Parish.... so that we get this one Parish "photographers"... or models..

I am planning to start building a website for a cursing company. The website will contain information about available ships, trips, dates, rooms, prices..etc
I thought about the database and I know how to represent the data in tables. And I know in Drupal I can represent this as content types.
Let's say if I was building a database applicatoin, I would have created
a table: Ship with fields likes: Name, Company, PassengersCapacity.
and another table: Room with fields like: ID,Type,Ship,Price

I am trying to set up a website that will use drupal and a CRM. I have been looking at civicrm as a potential solution. The main function of this database is to remind my clients of calls they need to make. For example they will log into the site and a list will have been generated of clients they need to contact. They can click this list and view the clients information and make the call. Once the call is over they need to be able to determine when this client will appear in the call list again be it a day, two days or xmonths.
