ImageField as thumbnail in table view in Drupal 7

I can't figure it out how to create in table view image thumbnail. I must be something simple as it was in Drupal 6 but in 7 I have a problem with this.

Can You tell me how can I create table view with imagefield thumbnails ?

thanks!

Can Drupal meet these requirements?

Hi,

I'm new to Drupal and CMSes in general, and I'm considering using it for a reporting project for my customers. Here are my requirements:

Will Drupal satisfy my needs?

I was introduced to Drupal by a classmate because I was trying to enhance my current website without having to have an extensive knowledge of PHP or MySQL. I understand that I can use Drupal to power my entire website, but I do not need that extensive of functionality. All I basically need is the functionality of creating and managing user accounts and displaying/managing dynamic content (that is based on which user is logged in) on pre-designed pages. Specific requirements are listed below:

Selecting version and installation profile

I am just starting to look at Drupal for the first time. I thought I would work on a test site to try and get feel for it. I wanted to know if version 6 might be best as there appear to be more install profiles available. Is that a safe assumption? Also, for my initial test site, I thought I would just make a blog and news type of site to post information on, accept users, maybe supply some downloads of articles. I'm wondering what installation profile would be best? I was looking at Top Modules. Is that an installation I could use for these purposes?

Thank you

Noob: Reader app. Is it possible?

Hey all,

I'm a super noob to Drupal. So far, glad to be here :D
Just a little background, I currently already own a site (http://www.keyjaycompound.com) that runs off a CMS I personally built. After spending hours making the upgrade for it, I decided that it'd be a lot easier and less of a headache to go with an established CMS and thus am working on migrating to Drupal now; very excited about that considering the many features my site will have after I'm done. There are a couple questions I'm trying to figure out, but one in particular I feel I need to ask about as I'm not sure.

Two sites with shared information

Hi there.
I'm creating two sites for both a parent company and a subsidiary (say A and B). The thing is that news, events, etc. from site B will be shown on site A (but not vice-versa). I'm wondering if is there a way to handle this in Drupal in an elegant way (e.g. not creating duplicate database entries).
