Drupal 8 is able to make POST and GET requests with a REST API ?

Hi,

I would like to create a voting site.

Users could vote and each node would get an average (classic).

I have a question for "specialists": at the performance level, what is the best solution: to go with a dedicated notation module (fivestar etc.), or to be satisfied with a field and a aggregation via views for the average?

The solution views would suit me, but I'm afraid it will be less efficient if there are a lot of votes.

Simple Question:

I want to build 2 basic websites running on a NAS Server at my home,

do I need 1 Nas with 2 HD's for that or can I build 2 seperate sites on 1 HD ?

Been watching D8 turtorials for hours now and am a bit confuzzzzed ;-)

When installing you create this master account that seems to bundle all sites, or something...

before installation cant acces other pages such coins, this is my default.conf my project route is /home/marcos/drupal/web and onle se the installation page if i put Require all granted

I'm considering moving my wordpress blog to drupal, because I noticed that I would like to raise my site more like a normal website with static content.

That's why my question is whether Drupal is better suited than Wordpress.

What are the main differences between Drupal and Wordpress 

In a few words or sentences?

What do you think?

I've installed numerous drupal site in my localhost but after playing with it. After a few hours. I've been seeing errors like pdoexception and SQLstate. So is there anyways to avoid this. I swear I'm getting no wear because of this kind of things. Is there something wrong with how I configure my xampp or drupal.
