I'm trying to help an humanitarian association to open online the database of their subscribers.

I'm looking at a system that could help me to build a relational database, as I did in the past with access, with form, with query.

The subscribers are some hundreds and this association would like to have an easy system to input a new subscriber while other employee could reach to dbase to consult or whatever they need to do.

What do you think? From 0 to 10 how much satisfied we could be with drupal?

As with all tech sites, there's never any context given, the site just jumps into details of how to install etc.

First I need to know what Drupal offers in terms of the features I need from a CMS, and I'd like to see some beautiful web pages which have used Drupal.
