I'm new to Drupal, so please forget me if I'm asking something that (I hope) is simply feasible with Drupal.
I need to create a website that gives users the possibility to:
1) Create a custom page with text and pictures
2) Choose a category for the page and/or create a new one.
The user's page needs to have an expiration date beyond which the page is not visible anymore.
Hi all...I'm thinking about a node type that would have a large number of pre-defined fields and I'd like to make them editable by section similar to Wikipedia or better yet Crunchbase (http://crunchbase.com). I looked at the Fieldgroup module to break the add/edit form into a multipage wizard but that's still clunky because you have to navigate through several pages every time to get to the "save" button.
Currently am working on a community based website , In this site i need to built around 40 types of registration forms . To this purpose i had selected drupal core Field API and Entity API. but adding some fields for a single form . i have found that for each field its creating 2 tables named like " field_data_fieldname" & "field_revision_fieldname" . my doubt is that

I'm trying to implement a web-based inventory management functionality that integrates well with a shopping cart software. So the user can manage their store inventories and their product listing on their website at the same time.
So I guess my option of shopping cart on Drupal are either Ubercart or Commerce. My questions are:
1- Is there any contributed module or a combination of modules that make inventory management possible out of the box?, if so what?
Hi Everyone! Thanks for looking at my post. I was really hoping to migrate my live OSCommerce site to Drupal. I need to find out one thing, though. I would very much like to keep the original urls. When transferring over the database from OSC to Drupal, will the new Drupal site be able to display the older OSC URLs? I really don't want to lose them for SEO reasons!
