I am new to drupal, but it seems to offer EVERYTHING that I am looking for. Here is my question. I already have a website that was established for a year or so, and has current users. I am NOT worried about losing the current users, but I do want to integrate my bb, phpbb, with the rest of my site. I want it so that when a user logs into one section of my website they automaticall login to the rest of the site as well as phpbb.
I'm moving to PostNuke to Drupal to improve our website. I'm looking for a way so our writters can submit an story divided into introductory and expanded part, as PostNuke offer. In this way, only the introductory part is shown in the front page of the website, while the extended part of the story is viewable only if the reader click on the story's link.
I'd like to set up a Drupal 5 version in my main webroot-directory. Is it possible to rename the default index.php that comes with Drupal 5 beta to index2.php so I can keep my old site (which doesn't work with Drupal) up and running while I'm working on a new site with Drupal?
ok, is what i want, is for me to create a website, then when i want to add a new page, lets say an article on something, i want to type in a box, and have drupal publish that page, with my template. Basically, have a pre defined space where drupal will enter the text.
I have much more experience on Joomla, but Joomla has one limitation that does not work well for some clients. I have a client who needs a few different types of contact pages. Is it possible to have different types of contact pages, with fields specified by me, in Drupal? I may have 4 different types of contact pages all going to the same person.
