activate comments according to node types

Hello all

Is there any manipulation or module or any other way to select node types where comments are activated and any other where comments are not activated ?

Thanks

Would this site be replicatable?

I've just installed Drupal, very easy...

I stumbled onto this CMS this morning and wondering if you think this site > http://www.advancedcarloans.com.au would be able to be put into Drupal.

I think it could be, but I don't have the faintest idea how to do it yet as I've only just found out about Drupal. As long as it can be, that's all I need :)

Clean URL test forwards to homepage

I had this working on my dev machine, but when i moved it into production i can't use CleanURLS.

Here is what it does

When i try to run the clean url test, i get redirected to the homepage of the site. I can remember when I did this on my dev machine, i got some sort of 404 error but now i just get redirected to the homepage.

Any thoughts?

cron error that I don't know about

I have the following errors on my cron job.

Warning: main(./includes/bootstrap.inc): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/culturej/public_html/members/cron.php on line 9

Warning: main(): Failed opening './includes/bootstrap.inc' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/culturej/public_html/members/cron.php on line 9

Fatal error: Call to undefined function drupal_bootstrap() in /home/culturej/public_html/members/cron.php on line 10

Can someone enlighten me and possible suggest a fix?

is there a module that limits node type posts per hour/time?

To prevent someone from bad behavior, I'd like to install a module that limits posts per hour. I can't find any.

The ones I find such as nodelimit, or nodefamily, have a lifetime limit.

Comments appreciated.

how many lines of code would it take a custom module to do this?

Sources for Drupal 5 one-click install?

I'm looking for a 1-click install of Drupal 5 so I don't have to pay someone to install for me. The 1-click at SiteGround (my usual host) doesn't seem to work for Drupal 5. Any suggestions?
