Did I choose the right modules?

Hi,

First of all: I really like Drupal. It's node based architecture seems very flexible to me!

I am about to implement a website with Drupal. I have experience with Xoops but not with Drupal yet. Looking at the requirements I have and the modules that are available I have made a list of modules I plan to use.

Since this is the first time I build a website with Drupal I would be very grateful if some experienced Drupalers (or less experienced) gave their opinion on my choices.

Below I have put the requirements followed by the Drupal module I plan to use. Any comments are very welcome!

- Articles will be put in separate sections: vocabulary and list of terms. Should I use one vocabulary with each term representing a section?
- Each section has its own design: Taxonomy theme (http://drupal.org/project/taxonomy_theme)
- Spam should be avoided: captcha (http://drupal.org/project/captcha)
- Visitors can enlarge the characters on the screen: fonsize module (http://drupal.org/project/fontsize)
- Visitors can print each article in a printer friendly way: print module (http://drupal.org/project/print)
- At any moment it is clear to the visitor where he is on the website: taxonomy breadcrumb (http://drupal.org/project/taxonomy_breadcrumb)

can i do this with durpal?

I have a customer who needs a classified with 6 levels of pay options, free, text only, text with a photo, text with 3 photos and so on

thanks alot

Is Drupal right for my site: messaging site?

Hello

I have been slowly building a site in Codeignitor but have recently become aware that Drupal might be a much better option. It looks like it may be a good way of eliminating a lot of the microprogramming tasks I seem to be getting bogged down in with Codeigniter. Could anyone advise me whether I am barking up the wrong tree?

Developing a modelling agency website

Hi,

I'm drupal newbie, and I have plan on making a modelling agency website. Which more-less in these scenario:

a user signed up
she can specify which are her expertise (check box), eg.: catwalk, photo shootout, outdoor, exhibition, etc.
she can give information about her, eg.: fullnames, birthday, etc.
she can upload her photos (maybe max. 20 photos per user)

public can view the models within the site,
public can sort by expertise of the modle, eg.: displaying only the catwalk & outdoor models.

E-commerce guidance

Can anyone point me in the direction of some guides/tutorials on how to set up e-commerce within Drupal? I'm looking to add a pretty simple e-shop to a site which will be Drupal-based. I need to set it up so that the client can easily add a product with a description and image.
Thanks in advance for any help.
