Is there any module or theme to allow Admin to split the content page to left and right columns, so the content display will be more flexible?

I am searching for a couple of things (modules)
I use the last version of Drupal, 4.7.0
and I’m looking for the following things

1. A WYSIWYG editor with image upload function?

2. A module so that some one can read text and another one can’t?
I mean you can give privileges to a user!

3. Something to generate PDF files?

4. Prints pleasant page`s?

5. Image at menu item

if it’s possible all in Dutch

how can I modify subscription to email everybody upon any new content (such as blogs, etc)? currently it only emails people upon new comments. Thanks.

How do I hide the taxonomy links that appear just below the title of my content? I'd like to hide them in only some situations...

Am I gonna have to write my own module? I'd rather find a quicker solution! Thanks.
