How can I make a subcategory like this "mysite.com/events/event-one"

I've looked and looked regarding Taxonomy and I'm alittle confused. Can someone explain what I would need to do to get a subpage into a category ie. events/event-one (clean urls apply).

Do I need to use the Category module or something?

I'm lost : (

Thank you in advance.

ecommerce online payments

Hi everyone,

I'm developing an ecommerce site for a commercial activity that needs to sell their products online.

I've currently developed the product catalogue and plugged in the shopping cart fucntionality.
One problem I get is that I get a blank page whne I try to checkout.

But anyway, what I'm really interested in is in how to go on about credit card payments.
I heard PAYFLOW and SECURE PAY could be two good options to use for it.

Newbie needs help installing Drupal and Uniform Server software. ThX!!

Hey, guys. How's it goin? I just downloaded the latest version of Drupal and I also got Uniform Server, which includes Apache, MySQL and PHP. However, I have no idea how to set up Drupal and the rest of the necessary software on my Windows XP computer. I read through the manual posted on Drupal, but I had problems following it.

Could someone give me a simple flowthru on how to install Drupal, Apache, etc. on my computer? Thanks!! :)

Drupal.org community growing at a rate of over 1,000 new users every week!

Totally unscientific survey here..I did it just out of curiosity...but the Drupal.org community is growing at a rate of over 1,000 new members every week!

We slipped through the 60,000 user mark 3 days ago (Welcome to Drupal Ahmed!) and since then over 315 have joined (at the time of posting this, there were 60315 users listed on Drupal.org).

Considering the internet is 24/7 and global, if we treat a week as 7 days, that works out at over one thousand new Drupal.org members every week.

Pretty impressive..innit?
