I'm getting it. Slowly but surely I am getting it. But I need some real world help and guidance. Not no blog or social site.

Can anyone point me to a where I can get some great hardcore training, preferably a classroom, that teaches making sites that have many different sections with many different pages?

I am a PHP developer that will be covering nearly ever aspect of Drupal except design and content. I need to know this like the back of my hand, but I am having problems figuring out where to begin and how this is all going to work. It's like a whole new world to me.
