Hi All.
Hope everyone is well.
Im from Australia, had a website built in Vietnam and paid in full. now that im making changes to the site they have changed the administrator password and are demanding money to give it back to me.
What can i do to get it back?
Please help!!
presuming i do eventually get it back. what steps aside from the user accounts can i take to ensure this NEVER happens again.

ps im vision impaired so excuse typos :)

I am really new to open source CMS and therefore trying to decide between Drupal and Joomla. One common theme I see over and over is that drupals extensibility is far greater than Joomla's although with that extensibility drupal has a steeper learning curve.
I would like to ask this community for some use cases that demonstrate how drupals extensibility puts it ahead of joomla for complex use cases.

Ive been using Drupal for a while but im just looking at the IRC channels for the first time. Ive joined the #drupal, #drupal-support and #drupal-dojo channels and I cant see any conversations going on.

Am I using IRC wrong? Do you have to connect to users / a conversation within a channel?

Ive watched this video and read a few articles on drupal.org but I cant work out if im doing something stupid.
