Is there a good place to find Drupal-related jobs online? From installation to making custom themes, configuring different modules, making custom views with the Views module and so on. And what area is needed at most?
I have to teach webdevs about Drupal 8. Some of them have experience with Drupal 7. I spend a half day about explaining the new features in Drupal 8 (not code-related yet). But then I want to spend a couple of hours on a practice exercise. Maybe creating a small drupal 8 website.
Does anyone have a good exercise for this? Maybe create a small website? And if so, which parts should be included?

I enjoy programming (15 years into IBM Mainframes, COBOL, PLI, REXX, VB, AutoHotkey, PHP, CodeIgniter, simply love to learn new stuff), and though I sometimes get scared of experts mentioning of steep learning curve initially, I am trying my best to refer to resources on the web to get the most out of Drupal.
Today, October 15th 2014 launched an intermediate 3-month Content Management services web community which includes an invitation for businesses that want to participate in planning a long term Drupal project. We will focus on SMB - Small and Medium Size businesses, and maintain a set of distributions based on Drupal 7 along with something between 300-500 contributed modules and themes.
