Modifies the fivestar module to allow voting with half stars.

Our usecase was to allow for sorting of grouped views. After enabling draggable views all but the first group had weight dropdowns.

Demote Filter is an input filter which will "demote" heading tags by one level. <h1> tags become <h2>, <h2> become <h3> etc.

The Mandrill Subaccount module extends the Mandrill module by adding the ability to assign outgoing emails to a subaccount.
