Twitter Bootstrap Website Theme

Preliminary image

A small project to mimic the theme used on the Twitter Bootstrap Github page http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/. Master Git branch is 7.x compatible.

For this theme to function properly you will need to download and install the 7.x-2.x-dev version of jQuery Update. Then make sure that the module is using the 1.7 version of jQuery.

Module Names

This module modifies the Module List page to show the internal names of all modules.

Hosting Filemanager

aegir hosting filemanager

Provides a web file browser for the AEgir hosting system.

This is a frontend module for Aegir to browser files under a site or platform. If you don't know what Aegir is you probably should checkout these first:
http://community.aegirproject.org/
http://drupal.org/project/hostmaster

Optional Requirements:

Code syntax highlighting is possible if the CodeMirror library is installed.

* Download CodeMirror from - https://github.com/marijnh/CodeMirror
* Unpack/Install into sites/all/libraries (or where-ever you put your libraries)

Features

* Interactive filetree of the site & platform directory (directory contents loaded via ajax as when you click on the directory name)
* View the contents of files (text and images).

Future Ideas

There is no defined roadmap for this module, but some ideas

  • Editing files from directly from the web, some issues to consider:
    • what should be editable (probably just the site directory)
    • how do we save edits to files without relaxing permissions
  • view other file types - e.g. video, pdf
  • integration with version control, see the state of the filesystem (e.g. dirty? some manually edited something)

Multilingual SEO

Sandbox to work on some multilingual SEO improvements.

Go Dark For IE

This module helps websites "Go Dark For IE". The Go Dark For IE movement proposes that on October 26, 2012 websites blackout for all users visiting your website using IE8 or older and instead direct them to Go Dark For IE with information about the movement and upgrading or switching their browser." October 26, 2012 is the general availability date for Windows 8, which will be packaged with IE10.

You can add your website to the campaign by submitting its URL.

I am in no way affiliated with the Go Dark For IE folks. Actually, I don't even know who's running it and nor does anyone apparently.

Requirements

Drupal 7.

Installation

Install as usual. See http://drupal.org/documentation/install/modules-themes/modules-7 for more information on installing Drupal modules.
