Drupal 7.x

My website just got hacked. It's been compromised for months. So even the most recent backup available from my host is no use. I'm looking for an offline backup. I've been updating modules along the way. So even if I locate an offline backup, it may not work with this set of modules. It's been affected by the hibids10.com malware. There are several python scripts in the /files directory doing all sorts of nasty things. What's the best way to get out of this mess? Any ideas?

Hi, 

I have a webform block which has "not required" text area component. I can submit the block if I have less than 2 characters or nothing in the component. If I have more than 2 characters in the component then form does not get submitted. I get an error 

Message should be at most 2 characters long.

I click edit next to the component, I dont see anything that says character limit is 2. I am just not sure why component is limiting to two characters. Please advise.
