Drupal 7.x

Hi, I'm looking for a module that will upload files, video files, and youtube linked videos without having to use 3 separate fields in my content type. 

Currently my field types are...Multimedia asset, link, and youtube video. 

They are separate fields. 

Is there a all in one uploader module? I preferably need it to be an uploader with the ability to label the file/video with a title name instead of displaying the file name or video link. 

Is this possible?

Basically, what I want to implement is that the email-field is stored per user instead of being saved globally.

I am new in Drupal and I have met an issue that I could not solve using UI.

I use Biblio 7.x-1.0-rc7 and that time when a user provides datas manually, the table provided by Authors section of Biblio module contains too small fields for name of contributors. There are also two fields in that row (roles and categories) which are large enough so their size can be reduced and also the icon for drag to re-order can be removed.

The UI is set automatically the issue is presented only for normal users but not for administrators (they have bigger views).

Is there a way to add a tab in the blog section, currently there's view and edit. Looking for an additional tab called delete. Can this be done on Drupal or do I have to edit the file code itself?
