is there a way to highlight a project for the creation of tests?

This issue has had a working patch for almost four years:

Multiple people have reported that the patch fixes the issue for them.

As I reported on that issue two years ago, it's a really hard issue to troubleshoot, so it would save Drupal users who encounter the bug a lot of trouble if we could get the patch committed.

In January 2017, the status was changed from Needs Review to Needs Tests.

Hello

I want some pages to not use the admin overlay and apparently found a solution:

a weakness of many of these code snippets is that they don't say where the code should be used.

I am clueless - can someone please tell me how to use this code? in which file should it be put?

after upgrading the core of Drupal7 site to the version 7.59 and after upgrading other modules I have a "+" character in the output of each page of Drupal. This is the source I can see:
