Add tax for shipping

Hi,

I'm newbie in drupal. Yesterday I don't know what is drupal, but I need to do exercise.
I need to make a 3% tax on total order when paypal method is choosen. For now I create a tax but only for all products and I need to create also tax on shipping but I don't know how to do this.

I will be very glad if someone could give some hints how to achive that ;)

Location module zip code database

I can't figure out what the included zip code database files are for. I know they are included so that they can be uploaded to the database, but what is its purpose once uploaded? I'm running Views proximity/distance via users zip code and it works fine without the zip code file being uploaded. Coordinates are generated and searches are accurate.

Note: my users enter their zip code in their profile, and these are US code only.

Location module maintainers hasn't responded to this question in a couple years. Does anyone know the answer?

Thank you!

Upgraded to 7.59 and Lost My Site

Ok, I've resigned the fact that I've lost my site.  However, I still have my Database, and the list of modules that I had installed.  My question is (for example) if I wipe my site files, and install Drupal 8 with the modules I had, how hard is it to recreate my site leveraging my database?  For example, is my page data / content in my database, along with the defined attributes?  Are my taxonomy terms/content still in the database and will they show up if I go to the taxonomies page?  What folders/files do I need to save (outside my database) to help in my rebuild effort?
