I am building a new site in Drupal. Once built I want to import the user information from another site into the new site. This will allow users to login and view their information. Initially as a test I just want to migrate user information and roles. I have migrated the following:

I create a menu like the https://www.drupal.org

I just realize that when you are to Why drupal -> For developers (https://www.drupal.org/developers) you cannot go to About -> https://www.drupal.org/about

How can be fixed?

my drupal site ver.7.59 is running on IIS 8 and i upgraded from php version 5.4 to 5.6.36 via PHP Manager module.

everything related to php. 5.4 was disabled ( handler mapping, PHP 5.4 via PHP Manager) but i cant remove FastCGI configuration related to PHP 5.4 because my site throws error 500... so i guess that some how somewhere my drupal depends on PHP 5.4

Hello, I am using Drupal 7 with Venture scheme. This scheme uses title and caption on the slide. The problem is that when I am in admin section of my page, whatever I am doing, I still see the title and caption. I don't see the slide, only the title and caption, and it covers anything I am doing. It is still on the same place, I can roll down the page, and the title and caption will be still on the same position of my monitor.
