How can we enable module, if site not working!

Hi All,

How can I enable any module if drupal site not working?

I think if its linux, we can use drush command.

But if we are using windows machine, what we can do for doing this?

Is there any option in db also from where we can add add something?

Any help!

Many thanks!

hierarchical select with node?

I need to create a hierarchical selection for a taxonomy that has nodes that belong to terms of a vocabulary
vocabulary: learning environments> CCRP, PTI, Qualify
and for the nodes I have them with reference to those terms
Now in a new type of content I want to be able to select the taxonomy term and then the existing nodes that are related to that term are deployed
I'm trying to do it with hierarchical-select but I couldn't

Using Blazy module? Your vote counts

If you are using Blazy module, please help decide the future for one of its features: custom breakpoints.

Your vote counts

We'll close this voting by February 12, no matter what counts.

Meaning if you are using this feature, and do not vote, you will lose or potentially degrade, if not break, you site features when it is dropped. You have been friendly warned.

Blocks section not showing under Structure tab

I am new to Drupal and am editing a site for a new client. The client would like a footer added and from what I've read in my research I should do this through the Structure > Blocks function. Problem is, I am not showing the Blocks function as an option here. It was built in Drupal 7 so this may be the issue? The only options I'm given under the Structure tab are:

-Content Types

-Features

-Menus

-Panels

-Mini Panels

-Taxonomy

-Views

-Contact Form

Help with my first custom module

Hello,
I created a module that performs a REST call to a server but I don't know how to make the module public therefore usable in a public page.
Currently the module only works as an administrator but I need the result of the call to be visible to everyone.
Could anyone point me to a tutorial?
Thanks for collaboration
Andrea
