Drupal 7.x

Hi,

Suddenly after the upgrade to the latest version of Drupal 7 my site is really behaving strange - i'm getting an error back stating a misconnect with an user that i'm not using in any of the modules of the site. The user was used on my development environment.

Is it cached somewhere in the dB? or is it PHP playng with me?

The exact errormessage: "Kunde inte ansluta mot databasen: Access denied for user 'qyxrhj_message'@'localhost' (using password: YES)"

Any clues?

I have just built a wonderful custom module. Now I need to add it to my main menu, under the parent item "Tools and Resources."

I know I can go to the homepage and click on the little gear and go to "List links", which will take me to admin/structure/menu/manage/main-menu/list?destination=node and I can click-and-hold on the little compass and drag-and-drop my module in the desired place. But, is there a way to do this through the PHP code in the module itself?

I created a drop-down list in fields and one of the list was called Interested and on the left sidebar block I added a Interested link, whenever I click on the Interested link, it would group all fields with Interested set. Any direction would be appreciated, I do not believe I used any modules, this was straight from Drupal.

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the Drupal community with almost no experience from it, recently I got one project done in Drupal 7.x and I'm having some issues with geofiled distance.

The app is listing some stores and it should show you the distance between you and that shop, field is called field_geofield_distance but it always returns 0. We have valid Google geolocation API key, location is allowed and the site is running under PHP 5.6(doesn't work at all on higher versions).

I would appreciate if someone can help me were to look an what to do with this.

Having used drupal for almost 12 years there is a lot I like about drupal and the drupal community but there are a few things about drupal policy and directions that gets my ire up.

The latest in these is coming across the direction on https://docs.drush.org/en/8.x/make/

I did something stupid and deleted the MySQL database. I still have all my sites files and edit. Do I have to start over or is there a way to install a fresh Drupal 7 and transfer all my sites files over to the fresh install?
