now I need that to be hidden when the user has logged in

I have "log in" in my page but when I log in it is still there,
I want to change it to a welcome user

I want to display content from a custom table in imported from another database. The query works fine but I want to format a datetime value and only include year, month, day.

My query looks something like -

where posting_status=\'A\'',array());

print '<b>Date :</b> '.$record->date;
print '<b>Summary:</b> '.$record->summary;

Where in themes can I hide the username in comments through CSS?
