I am new to Drupal and am editing a site for a new client. The client would like a footer added and from what I've read in my research I should do this through the Structure > Blocks function. Problem is, I am not showing the Blocks function as an option here. It was built in Drupal 7 so this may be the issue? The only options I'm given under the Structure tab are:

-Content Types

-Features

-Menus

-Panels

-Mini Panels

-Taxonomy

-Views

-Contact Form

The site uses the Inspiro B theme, this could be the issue also? But on the theme page, it does show a footer so I know it's there...just cannot find.

Any help is much appreciated in creating this footer.

point browser directly at the block admin ui @ yoursite.com/admin/structure/block

if the block admin ui page renders, it suggests that the menu item has either been disabled or deleted. Thus you will need to recreate. If the page does not render, ensure block.module is enabled.
