I am attempting to install ProsePoint onto my Apache server and my Prosepoint site keeps saying that it cannot get to the directory /tmp. It exists, it just cannot find it.
A while ago I worked for a company that had a custom built CMS. The sites were very rigidly structured as a tree. Adding a page in the correct place was as simple as browsing the site like a folder structure and clicking 'add page'. Is there any such module or functionality in Drupal? Basically all that is needed is an add page link under parent nodes. Parent nodes should specify what their child node types should be with the option of changing it.
A friend of mine has a project: need to integrate a wiki with Google Earth, with a content management system (document library), the ability for people from the community to post their own news/intelligence in the form of videos and images, etc.
Can all these be done with Drupal? Or should my friend hire a programmer to do customization?
I have run a site (www.pretty-scary.net) for 5 years using Ravennuke. I need/want to upgrade the site. I understand the day-to-day of programming in Nuke, but am woefully underprepared for migrating a site like this into drupal.
I currently use phpbb forums with Ravennuke, and have two main databases to run the Nuke and forums.
I have several other databases to run modules like a calendar, a fiction section, and would ultimately want to create a new store attached to drupal as well.
I am having a problem. First of all the theme in use is Wabi.
The setup we got is, we just have the blog latest entries on the front page.
The thing we want to do is insert the username before the post and link. The username is a link to the users blog while the title is a link to the post, something like this
