How do you think Drupal could improve on its current SEO/SEM functionality?

I am interested in people opinion on what they think needs to improve in Drupal relating to SEO. What modules are you using? What do you think needs to improve? Should these be moved into core?

Personally I find that out of the box Drupal isn't the best choice for SEO on many projects. Don't get me wrong I LOVE and SUPPORT Drupal but I just don't see that SEO/SEM is on the radar of the developers.

Thoughts? Opinions?

Developer Programmer required for MLM site {Urgently}

Hello,

I would like to create a system which is like this.

Its going to be a Multi Level Marketing, Residual Income program..

Its going to be something like this

The total cost is going to be $90, where $30 are passed to admin [me] and $60 to the sponsor of the buyer.
Now the buyer is eligible for selling, and people will pass him too, and same goes on with people who buy from him

Here is the system

EVERYONE passes their 2nd, 4th, 8th, 16th, 32nd, 64th, 128th [x2 - it keeps multiplying by 2] SALES to their sponsor!

Date and username appear at top of Webform

Is there any way to stop the last updated date and the last updated user at the top of my webforms. It looks a bit odd as it has nothing to do with the page content for the end user.

Thanks.

Interested in a quick theme-beta-test?

Hi All,

I'm currently putting some final touches on a "premium" theme (called "Frosty Orange") that I've been developing part-time for the last couple months. The theme is compatible

with the following Windows browsers: IE6, IE7, Firefox 3, Safari 3, Chrome 0.4 and Opera 9.6; however, I don't have a Mac and this is where I'm hoping to have a few

detail-oriented themers check it out and point out any obvious layout problems that may be ocurring.

If anybody wants to take a peek, please shoot me a message (or post here) and I'll send you a link.

Newspaper site - how do I do setup the menu to go to sections?

I just dled Drupal a week ago and am having trouble understanding blog, page, story, taxonomy, etc. I've already played around with it to no end (along with whatever I have been able to search). Here's what I want:

This is a newspaper site.
The menu (whatever that is) obviously has News, Music, Reviews, Columnist Blogs, etc.
Clicking on each link will bring you to a "section" which will display of course the stories there.

Training in Sacramento Area

I am a beginner and looking for a 1-3 day conference or class in the Northern California area - really anywhere between San Francisco and Redding would be fine. I need the basics to get me up and running.
