Drupal 7.x

Hey all, I am brand new to drupal.

We are trying to add an anonymous section to the forum, where people don't have to be logged in and can remain incognito. For some reason, even though I have the box checked to allow unregistered people to post, it still requires you to log in. Is there another buttom somewhere I need to check to fix this?

We also want to add a collage feature to people's profiles of different images. Are there any plugins out there that allow something like this? Maybe a mosaic of things that represent them.

I have the theme developer module functional (if not fully), for Drupal 7. It may help people with some D7 questions, although consider it stamped with a big warning that it is not production safe code yet.

I've got a fresh install of D7 Beta, and I'm getting this error:

Failed to connect to your database server. The server reports the following message: SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1231 Variable 'sql_mode' can't be set to the value of 'TRADITIONAL'.

I'm running MySQL 5.x.. but not sure of the EXACT version. Will that make a difference?

No clue about what to do next. Any suggestions?

I'm looking for a website manager and developer who can continuously improve the website and make sure that it is running properly. I'll need you to make recommendations on how to improve the site and as long as it is approved by the owners, you can do it. We'll work together on improving the website so that we can grow profits. We're willing to not only give you a base fee of 250/month but give you 15% of the profits as well. The better the website does, the more money you'll make.

Goals:
1) Get the site more user friendly

I want Pathauto to generate the path alias to a new page based on the taxonomy the creator selects.

So, a user creates a new Basic Page called 'Green'. The user selects the term banana from the vocabulary food. The path generated should be example.com/food/banana/green.

Currently I have to type /food/banana/green into the URL path settings URL alias box. If I don't, it ends up being /content/green. I want that step to be automatic.
