Need module developed to award and track points based on user voting on content

Looking to allow users rate content then submit a prediction on what they think the average score will be for content. Once deadline for rating content has expired the users are awarded points based on how close they come to the answer. 50 Points for predicting exactly right and with 1 point being deducted for every .1% they were off.

Looking to build a personal project and was looking at D7 because I know that this project will outlive the D6 life cycle.

What I am wondering is if there is a way to do simple mapping in D7 yet like there is with gmap in D6?

I've just installed Drupal-7.0-beta1. But I do not find any information about sending e-mails in documents. Now, my site cannot send e-mails to registered visitors. When a visitor registers, It says:

Unable to send e-mail. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists.

How can I fix it?

i installed the new drupal 7 , but i wanted to change my appearance , i press on a other layout on Default and there comes on : 'The professional theme was not found' , if i press on a other layout on Enable the same text is comming on

what i have to do now ?
