Drupal 7.x

I'm trying to embed html5 video using the custom formatters module for D7. The player shows but evaluating the source I can see the the filepath are not formatted correctly. Any help would be appreciated. The code I'm using is this:

I want to use ui.draggable in my module.
Im using drupal_ad_js() to add ui libraries. And it gives js errors.
But i dont think that its right. How to add ui libraries?

I'm trying to create a website using Drupal, but Drupal gives me a bunch of incomprehensible terms and even more incomprehensible instructions. Apparently, the jerks who created Drupal think we all have college degrees in computer science and should be able to understand this stuff without them having to put it in plain, easy-to-understand English. It's totally impossible to understand how to add/change/or delete things. I thought the hardest thing I ever tried to learn in my life was Arabic, but I was wrong. Trying to understand Drupal is the hardest thing.

in the admin section how can i group all my custom modules

i know how to do it in the modules section by using
package = My Specific Modules

but how do you do this in the main admin section ie like all the database logging modules are under Database logging
hope that makes sense

I am looking for the best way to rate forum topics? I am thinking that maybe a facebook like feature and that is it? That way users can see how many people liked the topic? Would this be possible? Or are there better ways?
