I would like to use Drupal for my firm's upcoming newly develop portal for internal use. But before I start of everything, I just want to find out whether Drupal is capable for such usage or not.
The portal should at least have a HR system, Staff Leave Management System, Library System, IT Hardware Temp Loan system(library alike)....
I am able to create a menu with a link to a story. What I would like to do is create a page that will display a list of links to all previous stories (archives). Is there a simple solution I am missing?
I'm sure the title might sound a little confusing, but has anyone done any work on a module similar to the Confluence Repository Client?
Basically it is a plugin (module) that gives you a list of all the available plugins (modules) that are relevant to your install and lets you install / uninstall / update them via the web interface.
There's a similar feature to Openfire (Jabber/XMPP server).
Okay, I'm going to sound corny, but I am wondering if anyone is willing to help me out with learning some of the stuff going on here? Specifically - help in writing modules or creating patches to upgrade my existing modules?
I want to be able to get guests to vote for applications they want to be put in my "Recommended Applications" list. I'm not sure how I would want it, but I'm thinking of getting the guests to specify the application they want and then show how many people have voted for an application in a results table or something like that. I think it will be more advanced than a poll..would this be possible? Are there any modules for Drupal 6 that can do this? Or am I stuck?
