Installing Drupal

Windows 7 64 bit
Apache 2.2.17
PHP 5.3.3
PostgerSQL 8.4 I have even tryed with MySQL 5.X with same behaviour similar error message.

While trying to install drupal for first time I noticed that nothing happens.
Apache access.log gave me
"GET /drupal/ HTTP/1.1" 404 -

I set display_errors = On on the php.ini to see what is happening and got the following

I seem to get drupal working on localhost, but
How do I set up with godaddy?
Can someone help me with a step by step guide to do this?
I've been reseraching everything and I'm just confused.

I'm getting the following error message during database init in install:

SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away .

I want to install Drupal 6.19 for main site (domain.org) and for an addon site(newdomain.com) in folder "domain.org/newdomain". Bluehost system created an subdomain for addon site (newdomain.domain.com) at the time of assigning newdomain.com to my main account. It means there are 3 sites (domain.org, newdomain.com, newdomain.domain.com) with a single account.

1) How to optimize drupal installation for SEO purpose for these 3 sites? I want only 2 sites "domain.org" and "newdomain.com". But can not delete "newdomain.domain.com" as bluehost system required it.

I get the following whilst trying to run through the installation. Do I need to change my Server name? I have looked through the settings.php file and cannot make out where I can change database/user/server names.

and also ...because I'm a baby to this but like a baby very excited ...please tell me what do i do after downloading , what should i use to unzip the file and stuff ...please give a simple answer
