Installing Drupal

Cleanurl test runs without error on my new site but no Cleanurl .I am hosting on 1and1

There has to be an easy way to add a link in the navigation bar or in my account a simple profile page like name, age, hobby, that other users can see when they click on their name.

Is this possible right now with Drupal 7? I heard they disabled Profile or something.

This is my first time to install Drupal, and it is installed online (rather than local). After "Set up database" and before "Install profile" during installation, I got the following message:

I just installed the phpmailer module and it says it requires/depends on 'Libraries' before it can be fully installed. What are these 'libraries' and how do I install them??

I am just a beginner here but have managed to install drupal running on xampp on my home PC. When I was filling out the site information part of the install in Configure Site section, it requires a site email address for notifications, password changes etc. I have no idea what to put in this. I'm just working at home on my PC. How do I set things up so that my home PC is capable of sending and recieving emails? Is there a step by step guide somewhere. Please remember that i'm a beginner here so as simple as possible would be appreciated.
