Drupal 7 configuration tab gives internal server error.

I've just installed drupal 7 on my local server and everything seems to have gone fine except that when I try to view the configuration tab I get a HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error).

I've installed drupal on:
Apache 2.2
PHP 5.2.13
mySQL 5.0.1

Search Feature?

In Drupal 7, can user use the search feature to search for subject lines in the forums? Example, someone created a Hello in the subject line and someone else were to search Hello, will it show up?

uploading mr Drupal based website to a web server.

Hi
I was wondering how to upload my Drupal based website to a web server. I have only had it on my localhost server uWamp until now for creating and testing. I uploaded the Drupal7.0 folder from my uWamp folder in program files with all of its subfolders but it didn't work as I expected. In Uwamp for example when first loaded it showed the installation page.

I am just a bit confused. If you upload a normal website not made through a CMS to a web server it usually looks for a file called 'index.html' , is this something to do with ...

I hope you can help.

Version of PHP that Drupal 7 supports

According to a comment on the following page
---
http://drupal.org/requirements
---
Drupal 7 does support PHP 5.2.0+ (while the official documentation says that only PHP 5.2.4+ is supported).

Hoping that this was the case, I began the installation process. My version of PHP is 5.2.17
